The UK Central Bank leads the pack in CRD IV compliance.

Since the crash of the markets in 2008 many governments and their organizations have looked at ways to impose more regulation into their banking systems. The UK Central Bank has taken the lead in being the first in the EU to pass legislation based on the recommendations of Basel III, and compensation is now being regulated by the British government and a majority of the banks. The US, so far, has not taken steps to comply the Basel III recommendations, but compliance is strongly urged by 2019. What does this mean for you?
